The idea behind Visibility Control: Silhouette Disruption

A close fit doesn’t have to put every curve in the spotlight. Silhouette Disruption Leggings use broken lines and shifting contrast to soften the outline that plain leggings can leave exposed. The print lets the whole outfit make an impression before the eye settles on any one part of your shape.

How the pattern works

Irregular forms, broken edges and shifts between light and dark can interrupt a simple silhouette read. Each edition is considered as a worn design, where placement and movement affect the result.

Form disruption and form veiling

Form disruption describes the breakup of a dominant line or repeated track. Form veiling describes layered detail and value that give the eye more to read. Both sit within Silhouette Disruption; individual editions can use either or both approaches.
