FAQs
Products & Sizing
What’s the difference between Comfort, Yoga and Utility leggings?
Comfort is the softest, easiest option for everyday wear. Yoga has a higher waist and a more supportive feel. Utility is the more structured option, with two side pockets for everyday practicality.
For a full side-by-side comparison, see Our Leggings.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Scarfhold’s three core legging styles use the same sizing system, although their construction and fit differ slightly.
If you are between sizes, consider whether you prefer a closer or slightly easier fit.
Are Scarfhold Patterns unique to the store?
Yes. Scarfhold’s Patterns are developed in-house and form a design library unique to the store.
The same Pattern may appear in different colourways or garment types, but the underlying design remains part of the Scarfhold Pattern library.
Will my pair look exactly like the product images?
There can be slight differences in exact Pattern placement between sizes and garments, and colours can vary slightly depending on your screen.
The overall design remains the same, but every size does not necessarily crop the Pattern in exactly the same place. Current product pages note this variation. Rest assured that the print quality is fantastic. Very dark designs with a light coloured inner may appear slightly lighter when the fabric is overly stretched, though our leggings are squat proof and remain opaque under tension.
Orders & Made to Order
What does made to order mean?
Scarfhold garments enter production after you place your order rather than being taken from a large stock of finished products.
This lets us maintain a much broader library of Patterns, colourways and garment combinations without manufacturing every possible version in advance.
What happens once I place an order?
Once your order is confirmed, it is sent into production. Most Scarfhold leggings are currently produced within approximately three business days before dispatch.
Delivery estimates are then based on your destination and are shown at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change something.
Because production can begin soon after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has entered production.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Patterns & Product Care
Why does the same Pattern appear in different colours?
Scarfhold treats Pattern and colour as separate design decisions.
The Pattern provides the underlying structure; different colour Palettes allow the same design to become quieter, darker, brighter or more expressive without becoming a completely different Pattern.
You can read more about the approach on About Scarfhold.
How should I care for my Scarfhold garments?
Follow the care instructions provided for your particular product. Washing gently and avoiding unnecessary heat will generally help preserve stretch fabrics and printed surfaces for longer.
