14-Day Returns 

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • You must contact us before returning any item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.


Made-to-Order Items

All Scarfhold products are made to order.

This means your item is produced specifically for you after purchase. While you still have your statutory rights under UK law, we encourage customers to review sizing carefully before ordering.

If you’re unsure about fit, please contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to help.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
